RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

On complex projects we reduce risk by first completing “Proof-of-Principle” analysis. This increases our knowledge of the product and guides our mechanical design, to ensure the build is done on a solid foundation.

PRECISION ENGINEERING

At Greatech Integration (Ireland) Limited, we have our own dedicated state-of-the-art Precision Engineering workshop utilising the very latest in Wire EDM and CNC technologies. We offer full 3D machining capabilities and 4-axis machine centres. These capabilities allow us to respond quickly to our customers’ needs, and facilitate rapid turnaround.

MECHANICAL DESIGN

All mechanical design is completed using the latest SolidWorks® 3D CAD software, and is backed up in real time to an off-site cloud-based facility.

PROCESS CONTROL

Our in-house Automation Control Team is comprised of highly skilled Software Programmers and Electrical Engineers who ensure that all control systems are created in line with today’s highest industry standards.

VISION INSPECTION

Our Controls Team draws on years of experience working on complex Vision Inspection projects. Our solutions combine expertise in Mechanical Design, Precision Tooling and Controls. We have set up a dedicated lab where we carry out initial testing prior to proposing a solution.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We understand the importance of Project Management and approach this proactively, employing a dedicated Project Manager who liaises with our customers, keeping them updated. Projects are continually tracked on MS Project.

DOCUMENTATION

We offer a full range of documentation to comply with the latest standards in the Medical Device sector. While we can supply documentation to GAMP® 5 standards, the package can be altered to suit your needs. All Greatech Integration (Ireland) Limited. equipment and machinery is issued with CE Certification prior to delivery.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

We are a customer-focused company, offering immediate telephone/online support and on-site support within 24 hours. Same day on-site support can also be arranged where necessary.
